Spaces That Feel Like Home

Founded in 1991, L. A. Rizzolo Architects continues to draw upon the rich and enduring legacy of the North Shore to create contemporary residences, in many styles, that speak to the needs, expectations and desires of contemporary life. The firm has purposely been kept small to focus our attention on every detail of our client’s needs. From site planning and schematic design to construction administration, our firm is organized to accommodate your vision of your project from start to finish.

PHILOSOPHY

Our quest for quality is founded in collaboration. In the belief that a great residence can only come from a strong architect/client relationship, we take care to listen, learn, and ensure that we have the trust of those with whom we work. As a result, the design process becomes a pleasurable exploration, and the outcome fully realizes our clients’ wishes and our aspirations as architects. Our use of innovative energy-efficient and green building concepts; and incorporation of leading-edge technologies and modern conveniences enhances the final product.

Designing with the client in mind

· Engaging closely with clients and other disciplines, combining the values of the past with a fresh understanding of modernity, the firm’s success lies in achieving a seamless and timeless architectural presence.

· Finding inspiration in historic precedent, and reinterpreting design elements for today's lifestyle

· Seamless additions and renovations to older homes while creating new homes within the context of the community, centering on listening to our clients dreams as well as their requirements.

· Each design is a unique representation of the personality and lifestyle requirements of each client. We work closely with our clients, listening to their needs and after reviewing your “Wish List”, and understanding of the scope of your project description.
